What You Will Do
• Operational Support: Manage day-to-day travel inquiries, assist in documentation for visa/field permits, and support our team with client reporting.
• Marketing Funnel Development: Help design and execute lead-generation campaigns. This includes content creation, email outreach, and designing curated products for our NGO and retreat segments.
• Sales Enablement: Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential partners, research institutions, and corporate clients.
• Systems Management: Help maintain our CRM and project tracking tools to ensure our institutional clients receive top-tier, organized service.

Preferred Qualifications (The "Plus" Factors)
• Language Skills: Fluency in Maithili, Awadhi, Lhowa or other regional languages is a significant asset
• Tech Literacy: Experience with CRM software, CMS platforms (ZOHO,etc), or digital marketing tools.
